URBE University is one of the projects that I have struggled with the most in my life, but today with great satisfaction, I can tell the whole world that with patience, constancy, mysticism and dedication, I have succeeded. Our main virtue is undoubtedly the social contribution to be the promoter of educational institutions, which have given a turn to the concept of education in the world.

I faithfully believe in the globalization of education; this has led me to integrate a university that grows and expands in the world of technology and the internet, giving way to the creation of URBE International with academic presence in several countries of Latin America, such as Peru, Dominican Republic, Panama, Chile and Colombia.

In the United States, we work with URBE University's quality of service judgment and conviction, with an international projection to our academic and research work for many years; from now on, the challenge is to take our educational model throughout the United States through the Internet overcoming any existing barriers and limitations.

We are not going to improvise or compete; on the contrary, we arrived with an offer whose philosophy is to contribute to the major challenge of the North American labor market.

We began our educational project 52 years ago, forming hundreds of high school graduates in the best Institute for adults in Venezuela, while, with an unprecedented model, free classes were given for the prisoners of the Maracaibo Prison, graduating from high school, to then take them to university professionals, and make them useful citizens to society.

We are strategic allies of Virtual Educa, an initiative of multilateral cooperation in education and innovation, for inclusion and development, attached to the Organization of American States, OAS, headquartered in Washington D.C.

Likewise, we are strategic allies of the International Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean; a UNESCO entity dedicated to the promotion of higher education, contributing to the implementation of research programs.

On the other hand, our participation in the Global Development Learning Network, coordinated by the World Bank, has allowed us to collaborate in the design of learning solutions around the sustainable and sustainable development of the Continent.

Distance education is considered today as an alternative to counteract the economic difficulties of students, and an appropriate method to democratize, more effectively, the educational service, by allowing greater social inclusion, special or disabled people.

We have the experience and capacity to offer, with URBE University, the 3.0 generation of Distance Education; we are an academic option, with careers demanded in the world market, with updated postgraduate programs; Teachers with extensive experience and the most powerful Data Center in Latin America dedicated to education; supported by international quality providers such as CPS, Verizon, Level-tri, Microsoft, Cisco, Blackboard, Moodle, Gale, Lirn, Turnitin, Respondus, Datavideo, Telestream, among others.

From today, students from all over the world will be able to connect to URBE University, from their homes, offices or wherever they are, to study in English or Spanish via Internet, without loss of time and at any time with the valuable support of the students. On-line bilingual tutors, and with any device: cell phone, laptop, tablet or computer.
